Hello and welcome to Keep It Simple Spain where we aim to do just that – Keep It Simple!

After almost 20 years of living and working on the Costa Del Sol, we have hardly ever heard the word
“simple” used when it comes to dealing with all things Spanish. We are aiming to change that.

We believe that with our knowledge and experience mixed together with a little local lingo and tenaciousness, we can offer our customers an unrivaled
and unique service here on the Costa Del Sol, particularly in the Mijas Costa area. Our desire is to provide exceptional customer service whilst at the same time keeping it simple.

We offer a service to
owners for long term rentals. Dealing with long term tenants on a monthly basis and building relationships, collecting rent, water and electric ON TIME and dealing with any disputes and problems that may arise. Consulting with lawyers if the need
arises with regard to evictions. Two months damage deposit is taken on every rental, unless otherwise agreed with the owners.

Short term rentals are also available through Keep It Simple, mainly around La Cala de
Mijas, and more predominantly in a complex called LOS FLAMINGOS, VISTA DEL MAR, URB TORRENUEVA. We have worked in this complex for many years now, attend the AGM on owners behalf and visit
almost on a daily basis. Due to the number of properties we have permission to rent short term we are able to accommodate large groups of family members holidaying together. For wedding parties using the facilities of the EL OCEANO
HOTEL, this is ideal as it is only a 4 minute walk from the apartment.
